SBI Life Insurance told the stock market that its net premium income increased to Rs 20,050 crore in September 2023.
SBI Life Insurance’s net profit remained almost stable at Rs 380 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year. The company gave this information in a statement on Friday.
The company had earned a net profit of Rs 377 crore in the same quarter last year. “Net premium income increased to Rs 20,050 crore in September, 2023 from Rs 16,477 crore in the same quarter last year,” SBI Life Insurance told the stock exchange.
The company’s assets under management (AUM) grew 22 per cent to Rs 3,45,150 crore from Rs 2,82,630 crore in the same quarter last year. The total assets of the company increased by 14 percent to Rs 13,970 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year from Rs 12,210 crore in September, 2022.
