SBI issued new guideline for customers! If the money has been deducted from the account, then it will be returned like this, know in details

Important news for SBI account holders. Actually SBI has issued a new guideline for its customers. Under which it has been said that if the money has been deducted from the account then it will be returned like this…

Fund transfers these days can be done in a jiffy, thanks to the UPI payment system. YONO LITE SBI App allows customers to transfer funds without registering the beneficiary receiving it. However, if you are sending money using the virtual ID of the beneficiary, then the beneficiary should mandatorily be registered with UPI.

For SBI YONO UPI, customers have a daily transaction limit of Rs 1,00,000 as the daily limit and Rs 1,00,000 as the EasyPIN limit (individual composite daily limit).

Meanwhile, sometimes it may happen that you have initiated UPI Fund Transfer, where your transaction has failed but the money has been debited. What are the options you can explore in such a situation?

Then what should we do?

What are the options you can explore in such a situation? SBI provides real-time reversal for technical difficulties, so if money is debited from your account but the transaction fails, the money will be returned to your account immediately. If the amount is not refunded then you can directly lodge a complaint using SBI YONO LITE app.

You can raise a complaint by selecting the ‘Payment History’ option, selecting a specific transaction and then selecting ‘Raise Dispute’. The ‘Dispute Status’ element in the UPI capabilities of the SBI Personal app allows you to do the same.

Recently State Bank of India (SBI) announced that it has launched real-time payment system linkage between India and Singapore through SBI’s BHIM SBIPay mobile application.
