Who can take advantage of this scheme
PMSBY is a government insurance scheme that can be availed by anyone aged 18 to 70 years. Under this insurance scheme, if a person dies in an accident, his family gets an amount of Rs 2 lakh. On the other hand, if the person becomes partially disabled in the accident, then in such a situation the insured will get an amount of Rs 1 lakh. Under this scheme, the insured gets an insurance cover of Rs 20 lakh every year.
How to deposit premium-
To take advantage of this scheme, you can apply for PMSBY by visiting any bank. After the completion of the application process in this scheme, the amount will automatically be deducted from your account on June 1 every year through auto debit mode. This scheme remains valid from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2023. This insurance plan will be automatically renewed every month.
