The IPO of Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited is worth Rs 2,200 crore. Its earlier name was Max Bupa Health Insurance Company. The company announced that the IPO will open on November 7 and close on November 11. Anchor (large) investors will be able to bid on November 6. The IPO is a combination of new shares worth Rs 800 crore and a sale offer (OFS) by promoters of up to Rs 1,400 crore.

The company was earlier planning to raise Rs 3,000 crore, however later it reduced the size of the IPO. Bupa Singapore Holdings Private Limited holds 62.19 percent stake in the insurance company, while Fetal Tone LLP holds 26.8 percent.

According to Investorgain.com, the grey market premium (GMP) of Niva Bupa Health Insurance IPO is not yet available. The company’s shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE.
