 Max Bupa Health Insurance policy: holders were facing some difficulty in getting cashless facility at Max Healthcare hospitals, after which Max Bupa Health Insurance has given them the facility of instant reimbursement for the convenience of its customers.
A Max Bupa spokesperson has said that to support its customers and to deal with the current situation, the company has started a process of instant reimbursement under which Max Bupa pays the admissible claim within 2 hours.
There were reports of policyholders discontinuing the cashless facility till the tariff plan is revised between Max Healthcare and Max Bupa Health Insurance, but Max Bupa has clarified that the company’s policyholders are not being allowed to face any kind of problem.
