LPG Cylinder Price : Want to get the benefit of cooking gas cylinder for Rs 500, then do this immediately

LPG Cylinder Price: The government has decided to give gas cylinders for Rs 500 to BPL families and people coming under the Ujjwala scheme. Let us know how it can be taken advantage of.

LPG Cylinder in 500 Rupees: To give relief from inflation, the government has given the facility of booking gas cylinder (LPG Cylinder) for 500 rupees. You can bring home a gas cylinder for just Rs 500. No separate charge will be charged from you for this. However, LPG cylinder will not be given to everyone for Rs.500.

The Rajasthan government has decided to provide cooking gas for Rs 500 to poor families and beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme under the Mukhyamantri Gas Cylinder Yojana. With this, a subsidy of Rs 610 will be given in the account of BPL connection holders, while a subsidy of Rs 410 will be sent to the account of the beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana. With this subsidy, the annual burden of Rs 750 crore will fall on the exchequer of the government.

What to do to get LPG cylinder for Rs 500 

If you are a resident of Rajasthan government and come under BPL or Ujjwala scheme, then you can also avail gas cylinder for Rs.500 per month. To get subsidy, holders have to link their bank account with Jan Aadhaar. If someone does not make the link, then he will not be given the benefit. This scheme has started from 1st April.

The state government has sought a list of BPL and Ujjwala Yojana from the Union Ministry of Petroleum. After getting the data, further process for subsidy will be completed.

Subsidy will come in the account 

Gas connection holders will have to take cooking gas only by paying full amount from the supplier. After this, the state government will send the subsidy amount to the account of the eligible connection holders, so that poor families will get the benefit of gas cylinder for Rs.500. Please tell that 73 lakh families in Rajasthan will get its benefit. This includes 69 lakh 20 thousand beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme and 3 lakh 80 thousand BPL families.
