LIC has issued a notice requesting customers to transact only through the official website www.licindia.in or LIC Digital App. Also, use only recognized, valid and verified payment gateways, information of which is given on the official website of LIC.
LIC’s warning for policyholders!
LIC India said in a social media post that it has come to the notice of the insurance company that fake mobile applications are being circulated in the name of LIC.

What should customers do?
- Download only the official mobile application of LIC.
- Use only www.licindia.in or LIC Digital App for all payments and transactions.
- If any suspicious app or website appears, contact LIC customer service immediately.
- Take care of cyber security while making digital transactions and avoid fraud.
