Who all can take the policy?
To take advantage of this policy of LIC, the minimum age should be 40 years and maximum 80 years. The premium for this policy will be determined by your age and the annuity amount chosen.
According to LIC’s website, to participate in the policy, an eligible person will have to buy an annuity of at least Rs 12,000. After this, you will get the benefit of pension on yearly, half-yearly, quarterly and monthly basis by paying the premium. There is no cap on the maximum annuity in this policy. The special thing about this policy is that the pension you start getting in the beginning, it is available throughout life.
If you do not like LIC’s simple pension plan, you can return it after six months of purchase and you will be given a refund from LIC.

Loan facility is also given to the investors in this policy of LIC. You can take a loan on this policy after six months of buying it.
