Costlier Things: big News! These things will become expensive after 2 days, see the complete list

Costlier Things: The price of LPG cylinder is reviewed on the first of every month. On this April 1, the price can be increased by the petroleum companies. Let’s know about it in detail.

After 31st March, the new financial year will start from 1st April. With the start of the new financial year, many changes will happen. The burden of inflation will increase on the common man.

With the beginning of the new financial year, many things will become expensive. This will directly affect the common man’s pocket. In fact, due to the increase in tax on many things in the general budget presented on February 1, their price has to increase. This rule will come into effect from 1 April 2023.

What will be cheaper

From 1 April 2023, custom duty on many things has been reduced from 5 percent to 2.5 percent. This will reduce the cost of these things. These things include mobile phones, cameras, LED TVs, things related to biogas, electric cars, toys, heat coils, diamond jewellery, things related to biogas, cycles etc.

These things will be expensive

From April 1, gold-silver and jewelery made of them, platinum, imported doors, kitchen chimneys, foreign toys, cigarettes and X-ray machines etc. will become cheaper. The announcement to reduce tax on these things was made by the Finance Minister in the budget presented on 1 February.

Transactions through UPI will also be expensive

It has been recommended by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to levy a charge on merchant transactions through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). This change can be implemented from 1 April.

According to the circular, it has been suggested to impose a surcharge of 1.1 percent on transactions above Rs 2,000 from April 1. This charge will have to be given to the merchant transaction i.e. the customers paying the merchants.

LPG Cylinder

The price of LPG cylinder is reviewed on the 1st of every month. On this April 1, the price can be increased by the petroleum companies. Earlier on March 1, the companies had increased the price of the cylinder by Rs 50. After which its price had increased to Rs 1103 in Delhi. Earlier it was available for Rs.1053. It is expected that oil companies can increase the rates of cylinders this time also.

The price of cars will also increase

If you are planning to buy a car, then it will also become expensive from April 1. Tata Motors, Hero Moto Corp and Maruti have announced to increase the price of vehicles. The new prices will be effective from April 1. The price will be increased by the companies on the basis of different models.
