New Delhi. There is good news for those traveling between the country’s capital Delhi to the holy city of Baba Vishwanath, Varanasi. Now the Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat (Vande Bharat Delhi To Varanasi) Express will run 6 days a week. Till now this train was running only 5 days a week. Let us tell you that the Vande Bharat Express started running between Delhi and Varanasi from February 18, 2019.
In view of the increasing number of passengers, Northern Railway has decided to run this train every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 20 March. According to Deepak Kumar, Chief Spokesperson of Northern Railway, the Vande Bharat Express running between Varanasi-New Delhi (train number 22436/22435) currently runs on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, now it will be run on Monday also. This train will not run only on Thursdays of the week.
On-board Wi-Fi infotainment, GPS-based passenger information system, plush interiors, bio-vacuum toilets, diffused LED lights, charging points under each seat, heating in the new rakes of Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat There are modern facilities like ventilation.

Bharat train covers the distance between New Delhi and Varanasi in just 8 hours. 22436 New Delhi – Varanasi Vande Bharat Express leaves Delhi for Varanasi at 6 AM and reaches Varanasi at 2 PM. Similarly, 22435 Varanasi-New Delhi Vande Bharat train leaves Varanasi at 3:00 PM and reaches Delhi at 11:00 PM. This train stops only at Prayagraj and Kanpur between Delhi and Varanasi.
Fare The
fare for the chair car of the Varanasi-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express is Rs.1750. This includes base fare Rs 1288, catering charge Rs 308, tax Rs 69, reservation charge Rs 40 and superfast charge Rs 45. If you do not want to have food in the train then you will not have to pay catering charges.
