What to do if the insurance claim is rejected?
If your claim has been rejected by the insurance company, the first thing you need to do is approach the Grievance Redressal Officer of the insurance company and file a complaint regarding the claim.
Complain to IRDAI
If your problem is not resolved within 15 days after complaining to the grievance redressal officer of the insurance company, then you can lodge a complaint with the insurance regulator IRDAI.
