According to the information received from the sources, the government has decided to increase the dearness allowance (DA Hike) of the employees, after which the DA of the employees has increased from 38 percent to 42 percent. How much can the salary increase?

According to the information received from the 7th Pay Commission, after the increase in DA of the employees, if the salary of an employee is Rs. 30,000, then his gross salary can increase by about Rs. 10,800. On the other hand, if we talk about the secretary level, then there can be an increase in the annual salary of the employees by Rs 90,000 or even more.

There will also be an increase in pension,

along with this, due to increase in DR, the pension of the employees is going to increase. If the DR of pensioners is 42 percent, then these people will get Rs 14868 every month. This benefit will be given to the Central Government employees.

2 months’ money will be given as arrears

According to media reports, the increased dearness allowance will be paid in the March salary. Along with this, the employees will get the salary for the months of January and February as arrears. If your basic salary is Rs 18,000, then accordingly your DA will increase by Rs 720 per month. On the other hand, when you get 2 months’ money as arrears, then Rs 1440 more will come in your account.

DA increases according to inflation

According to the information received from the Ministry of Labor, DA is calculated on the basis of Consumer Price Index (CPI-IW). How is inflation increasing in the country? Accordingly, the dearness allowance of the employees is increased. At present, in the month of January, the government has decided to increase the dearness allowance by 4 percent.
